The Nuvias Unified Communications (UC) Practice offers a comprehensive range of solutions that enable the integration of on-premise, hybrid or cloud-based Skype for Business environments with Time-division Multiplexing (TDM) and Internet Protocol-Private Branch Exchanges (IP-PBXs), and public switched telephone network (PSTN) and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking providers.

The solutions are simple to deploy, easy to manage, and ready to scale from the smallest branch office to the largest company headquarters.

The portfolio includes:

Enhanced Gateways

Enhanced Gateways support controlled migrations to Microsoft UC by providing a common hardware platform to gradually migrate legacy telephony islands. Over time, TDM and IP-based PBX integration, PSTN connectivity, as well as a variety of fixed and mobile endpoints can be converged to SIP trunking. This protects investments in both new and old equipment as services are switched to the new UC platform. Enhanced Gateways also offer improved routing features and add-on software solutions such as advanced dial plan settings, high availability on incoming calls, support for analogue devices, and support for call recording.

Appliances with Integrated Skype for Business Cloud Connector Edition (CCE)

CCE Appliance bundles incorporate proven Session Border Controllers (SBC) and Gateways with Skype for Business into an elegantly packaged platform that is easy to deploy and manage. This enables integration of Office 365 Enterprise Voice with on-premise PBXs and / or PSTN connectivity.

Survivable Branch Appliances

Survivable Branch Appliances (SBAs) are an essential element for multi-site deployments of Microsoft UC. Our SBA solutions are fully certified by Microsoft and ensure continued access to Microsoft UC services, including voice and data communications, during WAN outages.
